Garden is the best place for children to
play. Because there are so many things in the garden that children can play.
Children can communicate with their peer and play with them together. Garden
helps children to learn the nature and spend their time safely.
Nowadays the garden is too dangerous for
children to play. Because of the facilities there, it can cause the accident
and makes the children hurt or die. To prevent this, parent or teacher needs to
tell the children how to play safely and watch them when they play. There are other
things that can make a good garden:
1.
Strategic Place
The garden should be on strategic place,
so the children can play easily. Such as in the middle of town, near the police
office, or the school.
2.
Trash Can Everywhere
Cleanliness is good. If the garden is
dirty the children do not want to play and it is bad for children health. So if
the trash can is everywhere the garden will always be clean and children will
play happily. It also teaches children to throw the trash on the right place.
3.
Botanical Garden
The good garden should have trees and
flowers on it. It helps the garden to freshener the pollution air. The children
can plant fruits, vegetables and flowers. And also they can harvest it. So they
will understand how to plant, watering, harvest and know more about the plants.
4.
Educative Area
The
function of garden is not only to be a play area but also an educative area for
children. For example, the facilities like Engklekan.
It is a traditional Indonesian games, Engklekan
helps the children to know more about number while they jump each other and
throw bait. So they can play and learn together.
All
of these things will make the garden become more fun and safety. So the
children will play without worry a bad thing will happen. As an adult, we have
to watch the children activity and help them to explore their abilities. So
they will become a good human for the family, country and nation.
